“We stayed 3 families in this the newly renovated gorgeous Heritage Coach House and we truly loved every minute of it. The house is separate from the main mansion giving you great privacy. It has a perfect layout for multiple families or large groups with lots of different areas to hang out and large rooms.
Every room is a joy with its heritage details renovated to perfection. The kitchen/dining area is equipped with everything you could ever need for cooking up a gourmet dinner. The vast wrap-around verandah allows for everyone to find a private corner to enjoy a book, play ping-pong or just chill. The kids absolutely loved running around the large garden where they even found a full size soccer net.
The property is perfectly located on the edge of Bowral giving you the relaxing feel of being in the country, whilst still being able to pop in to town for a lazy lunch or just a stroll amongst the boutiques.
Janet and Paul made us feel very welcome and made sure had everything we could possibly need. This truly is a unique house with an amazing feeling and the best hosts you can wish for.

“The Heritage Coach House is by far the most beautiful getaway country home I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Our group of 12 had ample room in this home and there was not a single thing that we needed - it has a gorgeous garden with a lake and ducklings and the interior/exterior speakers came in very handy! Janet is a lovely host who was easy to contact and as her family lives next door, made the entire booking experience very smooth. Whilst the pictures on Airbnb are very accurate, they cannot do justice to the actual beauty of this home - it’s a must see and I’ll definitely be back!!”

We just wanted to thank you and Paul again for a memorable and relaxing few days at The Coach House.
We loved the decor of unique antique furniture with eclectic oriental influences, combining colourful accessories and comfortable lounges. The living areas are spacious but cosy and warm especially with the natural fireplaces burning.
This was the perfect escape from the stress of Sydney and exactly what we needed to chill and enjoy the quiet ambience, fresh air and beautiful surroundings.

“Loved the heritage coach house at Bowral. Janet was a very good host and responded to our queries in a responsive and timely manner and was very accommodating and helpful.
The house has been decorated in a luxurious manner, the décor and finishing of all rooms and common areas were of high quality and very stylish; the photos don’t do it justice! The bedrooms are a very good size and all comes with a private bathroom which is handy. Kitchen is well equipped and there is also good general amenities around the house including good speakers, fireplace for the cold winter nights, heaters in each room as well as a herb garden which was a nice special touch to the house. The house is located on a quite, residential street and the and the house was in a very immaculate condition. The beds were very comfortable and this is a perfect size for a group of 12-13 people.
Highly recommend to the air bnb community and would come back anytime!”

“The Coach House was divine! We had an amazing Christmas in July weekend in such stunning surroundings. Beautifully decorated and love the original features from its former life. “We had a fantastic weekend in Bowral staying at The Coach House. It made for the perfect Christmas in July setting, a lovely log fire and beautiful views of the gardens and woodland. The house is stunning, beautifully furnished and it was extremely comfortable for 10 adults and 3 young children. It is in a great location only approximately 2.5km from Bowral town (also a good walk) and only took 1hr 30 mins from Sydney. We would highly recommend it and hope to go back for a visit soon.”
“Wow! The Coach House was magnificent, the house itself is huge and extremely well presented and furnished. Everyone in our group loved it. There really was nothing we would have changed. The house was so good that we only really left it once to visit Bowral shops, the rest of the time we were playing croquet on the lawn and enjoying a glass of red in front of the log fire.

“The Coach House is absolutely beautiful. The details and furniture are high quality, the linen and towels are refined and the house is well equipped. It is a very big space perfect for families and girls getaway. Janet and Paul are helpful and warmly welcomed the 7 of us. The grounds are very pretty and we trust in spring and summer they are mind blowing. Bowral is just a 20 min walk away and all the addresses given by Janet were perfect! We loved it. The common living spaces are also large and very comfortable and the designer decor is perfect. We were there for our son’s wedding and staying at The Coach House was a great part of a perfect weekend.”
